Being trapped underground on a train in Liverpool. Crying kids and drunk adults + flashing lights is not a good combination.

 I AM PAUL REVERE!

Today we made the trip to Lancaster.  This beautiful city is the home to the imposing Lancaster Castle.  After walking up and down some of the most impressive hills since Durham and Arthur's seat last year, we arrived at the very large Lancaster Castle.  We walked around and had lunch and then journeyed back up the hills to the castle for our tour.  We had an amazing tour of the oldest working court in the UK.  Our guide was amazingly informative and knowledgeable.  On our tour, was our group of 12 an older couple from Wales, and a guy of about 17 who looked like he had been dragged away from an excellent beach day by his parents.  I found it funny that all of us were excited to be there while he had been forced to go.  Our guide not only gave us information on the castle and the area, but also on the history of the area, most of which I had not heard before.  On the whole, I was very impressed with Lancaster Castle.
